Treatments are administered and supervised by registered dental professionals in compliance with Health Sciences Authority (HSA) and Singapore Dental Council guidelines.

In-office whitening is performed in a single clinic appointment of approximately 45–90 minutes. The dentist applies a protective barrier to the gums, then applies a professional-strength bleaching gel to the tooth surfaces. Depending on the system used, this may be activated with a light or laser source to accelerate the whitening process. Results are visible immediately and can lighten teeth by multiple shades in one session.

For patients who prefer gradual whitening at home, Q&M clinics offer custom-fitted whitening trays fabricated from dental impressions or digital scans, together with a prescribed-strength whitening gel. Patients wear the trays for a set duration each day over one to two weeks, achieving progressive whitening with the convenience of at-home treatment.
