Dental Implants

Full-spectrum implant dentistry across Q&M's Singapore network, including single-tooth implants, implant-supported bridges, All-on-4 full-arch restorations, and supplementary procedures such as bone grafting and sinus lifts. Surgical components are Medisave-claimable.

Q&M Dental Group offers comprehensive dental implant services through both its network clinics and its specialist arm, Q&M Dental Surgery, which is staffed by MOH-registered oral surgeons and prosthodontists. Dental implants are titanium posts surgically placed into the jawbone to serve as artificial tooth roots; once osseointegrated (typically 3–6 months), they support ceramic or zirconia crowns, bridges, or full-arch prostheses that function and feel like natural teeth. Single-tooth implants are the most common procedure, replacing individual missing teeth while preserving adjacent healthy teeth — unlike conventional bridgework, which requires grinding down neighbouring teeth. Multi-tooth implant bridges and implant-retained partial dentures restore larger edentulous spans while avoiding the instability of removable dentures. For patients who have lost all or most teeth in an arch, the All-on-4 protocol places four angled implants to support a fixed full-arch prosthesis. This approach maximises the use of available bone and in many cases avoids the need for bone grafting, enabling same-day loading where the clinical situation permits. Where bone volume is insufficient for standard implant placement, Q&M's specialist team can perform guided bone regeneration (GBR), sinus lifts (transcrestal or lateral window), and socket preservation after extraction to optimise implant site conditions. All surgical planning may incorporate cone beam CT (CBCT) imaging and digital surgical guide technology for precision placement. Medisave can be used to offset the surgical fees for qualifying implant procedures under MOH's Medisave approved dental procedures framework. CHAS-registered Q&M clinics also offer government subsidy tiers for eligible patients. Post-operative care, follow-up radiographs, and implant maintenance reviews are included in the Q&M treatment pathway.
