Targeted 3T MRI scan of the brain and intracranial structures, detecting tumours, vascular abnormalities, white matter lesions, and neurodegenerative changes. AI-enhanced imaging with specialist neuroradiology review.
About this treatment
The brain MRI at Progardia uses the full resolution advantage of the 3T Signa Architect to image intracranial anatomy at a level of detail that 1.5T scanners cannot match. The higher field strength doubles the signal-to-noise ratio, making it possible to detect small lesions, early white matter changes, subtle mass effects, and vascular anomalies that might be invisible at lower field strengths. AI post-processing further sharpens the images, particularly…
The scan covers the entire brain parenchyma, cerebral and cerebellar hemispheres, brainstem, pituitary region, and the Circle of Willis vasculature. It is reviewed by a radiologist with neuroradiology expertise as part of Progardia's multi-specialist review model. The report covers structural abnormalities, space-occupying lesions, vascular findings, and any incidental observations that warrant follow-up.
This scan is commonly requested by patients with a family history of neurological conditions, those experiencing unexplained headaches or cognitive changes, and individuals who simply want a neurological baseline as part of a broader preventive health strategy. No referral is required.
