Blepharoplasty at MUDr. Šimek's Olomouc clinic corrects drooping or puffy eyelids by removing excess skin, tightening the orbicularis oculi muscle, and reducing herniated fat pockets — performed entirely under local anaesthesia as a same-day outpatient procedure at a fixed price of 15 000 Kč per eyelid zone (upper or lower). The procedure is indicated for patients with heavy, aged-appearing eyelids that may impair peripheral vision or create a tired facial expression. Sutures are removed on day 7, and scar care with neutral oils (olive oil or traditional pork lard) is recommended during the healing phase. Preparation required
