Additional Region (Same Day)

PrivatHospitalet Danmark offers a discounted rate of 1,313 DKK (before 6% surcharge) for each additional MRI region scanned on the same day as a primary region. This makes it practical to combine related examinations — for example, both knees for bilateral comparison, cervical plus lumbar spine for multilevel back pain, or a shoulder and knee after a sports injury.

Each additional region receives the full dedicated protocol for that anatomy, and the radiologist provides a comprehensive report covering all scanned areas. This pricing structure means two regions cost 3,938 DKK (2,625 + 1,313) rather than 5,250 DKK if booked as separate visits.

The discount applies to any combination of body regions scanned consecutively in one session. Total appointment time increases by approximately 20 to 30 minutes per additional region. Patients should mention all desired regions when booking so adequate scanner time is allocated.
