About this treatment
Porcelain veneers are wafer-thin facings of dental ceramic that are bonded to the visible surface of the front teeth to change their appearance. They can brighten teeth that do not respond to whitening, even out minor crowding or rotations, close small gaps, lengthen worn edges and create a more harmonious smile. Because porcelain reflects light in a way similar to natural enamel, well-made veneers are associated with a natural, translucent appearance.
At Prestige Dent veneer treatment starts with a discussion of your goals and a smile assessment, after which the teeth are prepared — often very conservatively — and impressions are taken so the laboratory can hand-build each fired-porcelain veneer to the agreed shape and shade.
