The lumbar spine MRI at Prescan images the lumbosacral region from L1 through S1, covering the disc levels most commonly responsible for lower back pain and sciatica. The scan assesses disc herniations and protrusions, spinal canal and foraminal stenosis, facet joint arthropathy, and vertebral body pathology.

Using AI Deep Resolve technology, the images achieve high resolution of the cauda equina nerve roots and lateral recesses where nerve compression frequently occurs.
