The Prenuvo Executive Health Assessment is the most thorough preventive screening package available at the Redwood City location. It builds on the Whole Body MRI Scan by adding advanced brain health imaging, advanced heart health analysis, body composition assessment, and comprehensive laboratory testing with a six-month follow-up blood draw. The MRI component extends to approximately 75 minutes, covering the standard whole-body protocol plus dedicated sequences for brain microstructure and cardiac assessment. The advanced brain health scan provides additional detail on white matter integrity, vascular patterns, and structural features that may be relevant to long-term cognitive health. The heart health analysis examines cardiac chambers, valves, and great vessels with cine sequences that capture the heart in motion. Body composition analysis provides quantitative measurements of lean mass, fat distribution, and visceral adipose tissue from the MRI data — a more precise assessment than DEXA scanning, as it can distinguish between subcutaneous and visceral fat compartments. The Executive blood panel covers a comprehensive range of biomarkers spanning metabolic function, hormonal balance, inflammatory markers, and organ health. Six months after the initial assessment, a follow-up blood draw tracks changes in key markers, creating a longitudinal view of biological trends. Extended results reviews are included up to twice yearly.
