This package combines the standard brain MRI protocol with time-of-flight MR angiography of the intracranial arteries, providing a comprehensive neurovascular assessment in one visit. The brain component evaluates parenchymal pathology while the angiographic component maps the circle of Willis, anterior, middle, and posterior cerebral arteries, basilar artery, and vertebral artery intracranial segments. The combined study is particularly valuable for patients presenting with thunderclap headache, transient ischaemic attacks, or a family history of intracranial aneurysm where both parenchymal and vascular screening are clinically justified. Rather than booking two separate examinations, the package at 1,050 PLN offers time and cost efficiency. An extended triple package adding intracranial venography is available at 1,300 PLN for patients requiring complete vascular mapping including the dural venous sinuses — important for suspected cerebral venous sinus thrombosis or intracranial hypertension.
