PP Diagnostyka's brain MRI protocol produces multi-planar images of the cerebral hemispheres, cerebellum, brainstem, and skull base. The standard sequences include T1-weighted, T2-weighted, FLAIR, and diffusion-weighted imaging, providing a comprehensive assessment of brain parenchyma, ventricular system, and extra-axial spaces. This scan is the foundation of neurological imaging, capable of detecting space-occupying lesions, ischaemic stroke at various stages, white matter disease, hydrocephalus, and congenital anomalies. The FLAIR sequence is particularly sensitive to periventricular and subcortical lesions associated with multiple sclerosis, small vessel disease, and migraine-related changes. For patients requiring vascular assessment, PP Diagnostyka offers a combined brain plus intracranial angiography package at 1,050 PLN, and a triple package adding venography at 1,300 PLN. Gadolinium contrast enhancement is available at 380 PLN additional when clinically indicated for tumour characterization or inflammatory conditions.
