HIFU Face (Hipro-V)

A full-face High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) treatment using the Hipro-V platform, delivering focused ultrasound energy to the SMAS layer and deep dermis to stimulate collagen remodelling and produce a non-surgical lifting and tightening effect.

The HIFU face treatment at POWAB Clinic uses the Hipro-V device to deliver micro-focused ultrasound energy to precisely controlled depths beneath the skin surface. Unlike radiofrequency or laser treatments that act primarily on the superficial and mid-dermis, HIFU targets the SMAS layer (Superficial Musculo-Aponeurotic System) at 4.5mm depth — the same fascial plane that surgeons manipulate during a surgical facelift. By creating small thermal coagulation points at this depth, the treatment triggers a wound-healing cascade that tightens existing collagen fibres and stimulates the production of new collagen over the following 8 to 12 weeks. The Hipro-V platform offers multiple transducer depths (typically 1.5mm, 3.0mm, and 4.5mm), allowing the practitioner to treat at multiple tissue levels within the same session. The superficial transducer targets fine lines and skin texture in the upper dermis, the mid-depth transducer addresses dermal laxity, and the deepest transducer reaches the SMAS for structural lifting.
