About this treatment
Not every breast concern requires a full augmentation, lift, or reduction. Two of the most common isolated complaints — areolas that have enlarged or stretched (often after pregnancy, breastfeeding, or significant weight fluctuation) and congenitally inverted nipples — can be corrected as standalone procedures under local anesthesia.
Areola reduction (from 26,000 Kč)
A ring of pigmented areolar skin is excised around the perimeter and the surrounding skin is closed to the new, smaller diameter, leaving a fine scar at the areola border where it blends with the pigment transition. The procedure restores proportion between areola and breast and can modestly tighten the central breast skin. It is frequently combined with other breast surgery but works well alone.
