The procedure at Plastická chirurgie A-Z is performed by MUDr. Zálešák or MUDr. Stehlík — specialist plastic surgeons with deep anatomical knowledge of lip structure, including the neurovascular anatomy that infrequent injectors may not fully appreciate. The surgeons discuss the desired volume and shape at consultation, using photographs to agree on a realistic outcome.
A topical or local anaesthetic cream is applied before injection. The whole appointment takes approximately 30 minutes. Mild swelling and bruising occur in most patients over 24–72 hours, subsiding over one to two weeks to reveal the final result. Patients can return to work and most activities immediately.
