Skin lesion and mole removal at MUDr. Kloud's practice removes melanocytic naevi, fibromas, seborrhoeic keratoses, haemangiomas, atheromas, and cysts under local anaesthesia. The first lesion costs CZK 1,500 (including local anaesthetic); each additional lesion removed in the same session costs CZK 1,000, making it straightforward to address multiple lesions in a single visit. Multiple removal methods are available depending on lesion type: surgical excision with suture closure for histological examination, curettage (excochleation), electrocautery, laser, or cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen for viral warts. Available at both the Hradec Králové and Jičín locations. Procedure duration is under 20 minutes per lesion.
About this treatment
Skin lesion removal at this private plastic surgery practice is performed by a board-certified plastic surgeon — a meaningful difference from lesion removal in a GP clinic or dermatology setting, where the closure technique may not prioritise scar quality in the same way. MUDr. Kloud's training in wound closure and scar management informs every excision, from the ellipse design to the layered suture technique, producing finer, less visible scars than…
The range of lesions commonly treated includes: melanocytic naevi (pigmented moles, raised or flat); fibromas and dermatofibromas (firm skin nodules); seborrhoeic keratoses (warty, greasy-surfaced growths common with ageing); haemangiomas (benign vascular lesions); atheromas and epidermal cysts (subcutaneous swellings from blocked sebaceous glands); and viral warts. Each lesion type has an appropriate removal method:
