About this treatment
A ten-panel urine drug screen is the standard assay for workplace drug testing, pre-employment screening, probation compliance, custody disputes, and personal health monitoring. PKBH's panel covers the ten substance classes most commonly screened in Czech occupational health and clinical settings.
Substances screened (immunoassay method)
- 1 Amphetamine — covers amphetamine and substituted amphetamine derivatives used recreationally.
- 2 Barbiturates — sedative-hypnotic drugs (phenobarbital, secobarbital). Positive results require prescription documentation.
- 3 Benzodiazepines — tranquillisers and sleep medications (diazepam, lorazepam, clonazepam). Screens detect most common BZDs; some newer or atypical benzodiazepines may not be detected.
- 4 Cocaine (benzoylecgonine) — detects the primary cocaine metabolite, present in urine for 2–4 days after use (up to 14 days in heavy users).
