Custom removable dentures that replace several or all missing teeth to restore chewing, speech and the support of the lips and cheeks. The clinic makes full and partial acrylic dentures as well as cast metal-framework (skeleton) dentures, which are slimmer and stronger, including a clasp-free version for better aesthetics. Immediate dentures can be fitted straight after extractions, and existing dentures can be relined as the gums change shape over time.

A removable denture replaces missing teeth with a custom-made appliance that the patient can take out for cleaning. For a more refined result the practice offers cast metal-framework, or skeleton, dentures: these use a slim, rigid metal base that is stronger and less bulky than all-acrylic plates and is retained by clasps on the natural teeth, with a clasp-free version available where visible metalwork is a concern.
