Placement of a titanium dental implant to replace a missing tooth root, performed by an oral surgeon who completed a hospital maxillofacial-surgery specialisation. After CBCT-based planning, the implant is positioned in the jawbone under local anaesthesia and left to integrate before a crown is fitted at a later stage. The practice also offers immediate placement at the time of extraction in suitable cases, and uses A-PRF growth factors and bone-grafting materials where extra support is needed. Anaesthesia and suture removal are included in the surgical fee.
