Physiotherapy

Type

Physiotherapy

Duration

1 hour

One-to-one physiotherapy sessions delivered by AHPC-registered physiotherapists covering musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, neurological conditions, and women's health.

Physioclinic's physiotherapy service is built on a 1:1 model — every patient receives dedicated, personalised care from a qualified physiotherapist registered with Singapore's Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Ministry of Health. This means all treating physiotherapists meet Singapore's statutory licensing standards. The clinic addresses a wide range of conditions: musculoskeletal disorders (muscles, joints, bones, ligaments, tendons, and nerves), acute and chronic sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation (knee, shoulder, spine, hip), neurological rehabilitation (stroke, Parkinson's disease, balance disorders), women's health (pelvic floor dysfunction, prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy), geriatric physiotherapy for age-related mobility and strength decline, and workplace ergonomic injury management. Treatment modalities available within physiotherapy sessions include manual therapy (joint mobilisation and manipulation), dry needling (trigger point release), exercise therapy (functional movement and strength programming), stretch therapy, clinical massage, light therapy, and spinal decompression therapy. Clinical Pilates is also offered as a supervised rehabilitation exercise method. Urgent appointments can typically be arranged within 24 hours. Sessions are commonly claimable under corporate and personal health insurance from providers including BUPA, Cigna, AIA, and others — patients usually pay upfront and submit reimbursement claims. The clinic's two locations — Tanjong Pagar (Central) and East Coast Road — provide good geographic coverage for patients from across Singapore. House calls are also available for patients unable to attend in-clinic.
