About this treatment
Pregnancy and significant weight loss permanently change the abdominal wall in ways that no amount of training can reverse: skin stretched beyond its elastic recovery, stretch marks, and separation of the rectus muscles (diastasis recti) that leaves a persistent bulge regardless of body-fat level. Abdominoplasty addresses all three components in one operation.
Full abdominoplasty (from 80,300 Kč)
through a low horizontal incision placed so it hides beneath underwear, the surgeon lifts the abdominal skin flap, repairs the rectus diastasis with sutures along its full length, removes the excess skin and fat below the navel, repositions the navel, and closes under controlled tension. The result is a flat, structurally repaired abdominal wall and a dramatically improved waistline.
