Lip Lift

The philtrum shortens to a youthful proportion, the vermilion (pink lip) rotates outward gaining apparent fullness without any added volume, and a few millimetres of upper incisor show return at rest — one of the strongest markers of a youthful mouth. **Why surgical precision matters:** millimetres decide this operation. The excision must be tailored to the individual philtrum length, lip shape and gum show, and the closure must respect the nostril base anatomy to keep the scar invisible.
