Lipofilling — transfer of the patient's own fat — by MUDr. Petros Christodoulou, who has extensive experience with lipografting across the face, breasts and body. Fat is harvested gently with the Body-Jet water-assisted system, processed, and re-injected where volume is desired: facial hollows, lips, breasts, buttocks or contour irregularities. Because the material is the patient's own living tissue, results feel completely natural and the surviving fat is permanent. From 29,500 Kč for smaller areas up to 129,500 Kč for large-volume buttock augmentation.
About this treatment
Autologous fat transfer is two procedures in one: liposuction of an area where fat is unwanted, and grafting of that fat where volume is needed. Done well, it is the most natural filler in existence — living tissue with the patient's own feel, no implant, and no risk of allergic reaction.
Applications offered
- Facial lipofilling: restoring hollow temples, cheeks, tear troughs and marionette zones; often combined with facelift surgery for volumetric rejuvenation.
- Breast lipofilling: refining contour after augmentation or reconstruction, or as full autoaugmentation (see breast augmentation — fat-only option, 129,500 Kč).
- Buttock augmentation with own fat (129,500 Kč): harvest of the required fat volume with Body-Jet, processing, and transfer to the buttocks — the price includes complete pre-operative examination, anaesthesia, hospitalisation and post-operative garment.
- Contour correction: evening out post-liposuction or post-traumatic irregularities.
