PRP Plasmalifting at Petra Clinic uses the patient's own platelet-rich plasma to rejuvenate the skin through natural growth-factor stimulation. A small blood sample is drawn, centrifuged in the clinic's REGEN preparation system to concentrate platelets to three to five times physiological levels, then applied via multiple microinjections into the dermis of the face, neck or scalp. Platelets release a cocktail of growth factors — PDGF, TGF-β, VEGF, EGF — that activate resident fibroblasts, stimulate collagen and elastin synthesis, and improve tissue hydration. Because the treatment uses the patient's own biological material, the risk of allergic reaction is essentially zero. Two days without makeup is the typical post-treatment precaution; effects last up to twelve months.

At the start of the session, 15–20 ml of blood is drawn from the antecubital vein into dedicated tubes containing an anticoagulant. The tubes undergo double-spin centrifugation — the first spin separates erythrocytes from the plasma layer, and the second concentrates platelets from…
