Microneedle radiofrequency (MNRF) at Petra Clinic combines the skin-remodelling depth of fractional microneedling with the collagen-stimulating heat of radiofrequency energy. Arrays of ultra-fine insulated needles penetrate to a precisely set depth in the dermis, then discharge RF energy at the tip — heating collagen and elastin precisely where they sit, without damaging the overlying epidermis. This dual-stimulation approach treats wrinkles, acne scars, enlarged pores, post-pregnancy stretch marks and general skin laxity more effectively than either needling or RF alone. A topical anaesthetic is applied beforehand for comfort; most clients experience 2 days without makeup as the only noticeable post-treatment effect. A course of three sessions is standard.
