Dermal filler injections at Petra Clinic use premium cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) to restore lost facial volume, smooth deep lines and refine facial contours — all without surgery. HA fillers work by attracting and retaining water molecules at the injection site, creating a soft, pliable volume that integrates naturally with surrounding tissue. The physician selects the appropriate filler product (varying in viscosity and cross-linking density) for each treatment zone — cheeks, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, nose, chin and hands. Results are visible immediately after treatment and last nine to eighteen months; HA fillers are also fully reversible with hyaluronidase enzyme if needed. Mild swelling and bruising may appear for one to three days.
