About this treatment
Botulinum toxin is the most widely performed aesthetic procedure worldwide. Injected in small, precisely placed doses, it temporarily blocks the nerve signal to targeted mimic muscles, smoothing the dynamic wrinkles those muscles create — without affecting skin sensation. Treated well, the face still moves naturally; only the over-contraction that etches lines into the skin is reduced.
Perfect Visage treats the classic upper-face zones — glabella (frown lines between the eyebrows), horizontal forehead lines and crow's feet around the eyes — as well as advanced indications: chin dimpling, a wrinkled nose, drooping mouth corners, platysmal neck bands and masseter muscle reduction for facial slimming or teeth-grinding relief. The procedure takes around 15–30 minutes including assessment and photographic documentation. The injections use a very fine needle and are generally well tolerated without anaesthesia. The effect begins after 3–7 days, peaks at about two weeks, and lasts roughly 3–6 months, after which treatment may be repeated.
