Whether you need a routine cholesterol check, a full metabolic workup, or specific disease markers, the network's in-house laboratory infrastructure supports same-visit blood collection with fast turnaround times. Available blood panels include: full blood count (FBC) for haematological assessment; comprehensive metabolic panel covering kidney function (urea, creatinine, eGFR), liver function (ALT, AST, ALP, albumin, bilirubin), and bone and joint markers; fasting lipid profile (total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides); fasting glucose and HbA1c for diabetes screening and monitoring; thyroid function tests (TSH, free T3, free T4); and a range of tumour markers (AFP, CEA, CA 19-9, CA 125, CA 15-3, PSA, EBV IgA) for cancer screening. More advanced tests available through the EHS and Precision Wellness programmes include HOMA-IR for insulin resistance, ApoB for cardiovascular risk stratification, high-sensitivity CRP (hs-CRP) for inflammation, and the Nightingale NMR-based metabolomics panel for 10-year chronic disease risk projection. Genetic tests for nutrition response, cardiac risk, and hereditary cancer are also available at EHS centres. Blood draws are available with or without health screening packages. Patients can access their results through the MyHealth360 app or collect them in person. Most locations accept walk-in patients for phlebotomy during opening hours. CHAS and Healthier SG subsidies apply at eligible clinics.
