The STD5 Serology Only panel is a blood test that looks for four common sexually transmitted infections using a single venous draw. It checks for current HIV infection, hepatitis B surface antigen, hepatitis C antibodies, and Treponema pallidum (syphilis). This helps you understand your infection status and decide on next steps, especially if you’ve had recent exposure or are planning a pregnancy. It’s designed for anyone needing a quick, comprehensive STI screen, and the lab reports results within a few days.

Who is this for?
Adults needing a quick comprehensive STI screen
Biomarkers tested
4Detects antibodies to hepatitis C virus, indicating current or past infection. A positive result requires confirmatory RNA testing. Hepatitis C is now curable with direct-acting antiviral medications in most patients.
Detects HIV-1 and HIV-2 antibodies and/or p24 antigen. Fourth-generation tests can detect infection as early as 2–4 weeks after exposure. Early detection enables treatment that can achieve viral suppression and prevent transmission.
Syphilis IgG/IgM; results are POSITIVE or NEGATIVE
