The session itself is the same NT2200 soft-shell chamber running at 1.3 ATA with 93% oxygen from a concentrator, just held at full pressure for longer. Who is this for?
Existing OXIMA clients wanting a longer protocol than 100 minutes. Athletes in heavy recovery cycles, established weekly regulars. Not bookable as a first visit.
Preparation required
Same as standard sessions plus: plan for a longer total visit (~150 min including compression / decompression / debrief), eat lightly well in advance, bring water and entertainment for the longer in-chamber period. Mention cold/flu symptoms — 2 hours of compression amplifies any ear-equalisation discomfort.
