Radiofrequency microneedling at OT.CO Clinic combines two proven skin rejuvenation mechanisms in a single treatment pass. Fine insulated needles penetrate the skin to a controlled depth, creating micro-channels that trigger the body's wound-healing cascade. Simultaneously, radiofrequency energy is delivered through the needle tips directly into the dermal tissue, generating precise thermal zones that denature old collagen fibres and stimulate fibroblasts to produce new, organised collagen and elastin. The insulated needle design is critical to the treatment's safety profile and efficacy. Because RF energy is emitted only from the uninsulated tips at the target depth, the epidermis (skin surface) is spared from thermal damage.
