The formulation achieves this through a carefully balanced interaction between its three active components. Trichloroacetic acid at 33% concentration would normally cause aggressive surface peeling. However, the hydrogen peroxide in the PRX-T33 formula creates a protective reaction at the skin surface that shields the epidermis from the caustic effect of the TCA while allowing the acid to penetrate deeper into the dermis. There, it triggers fibroblast stimulation and new collagen synthesis without destroying the surface layer. Kojic acid, the third component, provides a brightening and antioxidant effect, helping to even out pigmentation and protect against post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. The treatment itself takes approximately 30 minutes. The clinician applies the PRX-T33 solution to the cleansed face in 3-5 passes, massaging it into the skin with firm circular motions.
