The Osler Health Women's Health Panel is a thorough, personalised assessment designed for women at every stage of life — from reproductive years through perimenopause and beyond. Rather than offering a fixed 'off the shelf' package, the Osler approach begins with a detailed clinical consultation to understand the individual's health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals before any testing is recommended.

The panel typically covers hormonal markers including oestrogen, progesterone, FSH, LH, and thyroid function alongside broader metabolic markers such as lipid profile, blood glucose, and inflammatory markers. Gynaecological screening may include cervical cancer (PAP smear), breast health review, and STI screening where appropriate. Cardiovascular and bone density risk assessment are incorporated for perimenopausal and post-menopausal women.

Results are reviewed in a dedicated follow-up consultation where the doctor explains findings in plain language and co-creates a health plan tailored to the individual.
