Osler Health provides accessible, confidential mental health support through its GP-led service at both Raffles Hotel Arcade and Star Vista. The clinic recognises that mental health conditions are common, nuanced, and often under-addressed — particularly among expatriates who may lack established support networks in Singapore. Conditions addressed include depression, generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), panic disorder, OCD, burnout from professional stress, eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder), and menopause-related psychological symptoms such as mood swings and emotional dysregulation. The clinic also supports individuals managing disordered eating and body image concerns. During a mental health consultation, the Osler GP conducts a thorough symptom assessment using validated clinical tools where appropriate. A personalised care plan is co-created with the patient, which may include medication management, psychological therapy referrals, lifestyle modifications, or a combination of all three. The doctor provides continuity of care and acts as a central coordinator between any external psychologists, psychiatrists, or counsellors involved. The multilingual team is experienced in supporting patients from diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring sensitive, non-judgemental care. Appointments are available Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm and Saturday mornings. Telemedicine follow-ups are available for ongoing mental health support, reducing barriers for patients with demanding schedules. This service is not a crisis line — patients in acute distress are guided to appropriate emergency services.
