Invisalign First at Ortodesign Clinic is a clear aligner system designed for children in the mixed dentition phase — the developmental stage where both baby (deciduous) and permanent teeth are present simultaneously. Priced at 45,000 Kč with a maximum treatment duration of 18 months, it allows early orthodontic intervention to guide jaw and dental arch development before all permanent teeth have erupted. The programme uses the same iTero digital scanning and ClinCheck planning as adult Invisalign, but with aligners specifically engineered to accommodate erupting permanent teeth and provide space management during a critical growth period.
