Needle mesotherapy is a skin-quality treatment in which a custom cocktail of hyaluronic acid, vitamins, amino acids and other micronutrients is introduced into the upper dermis through many small, superficial injections. Rather than adding volume or filling individual wrinkles, the aim is to nourish and hydrate the skin from within, with the effect of improving elasticity, tone, smoothness and overall radiance — making it well suited to skin that appears tired, dull or dehydrated, or is showing early signs of ageing. At OrthoTeam the treatment is performed by a physician using fine needles, with optional numbing cream for comfort. A session takes around thirty to forty minutes, after which slight redness and tiny injection marks may be visible for a day. Because the benefit is cumulative, mesotherapy is most effective as a course of several sessions spaced a few weeks apart, followed by occasional maintenance. The clinic offers protocols tailored to different areas: the face at 900 zł, a more extensive face, neck and décolleté treatment at 1,400 zł, hand rejuvenation at 900 zł, and dedicated eye-area protocols using established products at 800 to 900 zł for the thinner, crêpey skin around the eyes. Mesotherapy is associated with fresher, better-hydrated skin and pairs well with other rejuvenation treatments. It is suitable for most adults; allergies, suitability and contraindications are reviewed at consultation, and it is avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
