IV Drip — NAD+ 500mg

The 500mg NAD+ infusion at One Thirty Labs is the high-dose option for clients who have established tolerance through previous NAD+ sessions or who are following a protocol that calls for a larger dose. At double the concentration of the 250mg drip, this infusion delivers a more substantial bolus of the coenzyme into the bloodstream.

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is fundamental to mitochondrial function, serving as an electron carrier in the citric acid cycle and oxidative phosphorylation — the processes by which cells generate ATP (their primary energy currency). The coenzyme is also required by poly-ADP-ribose polymerases (PARPs) for DNA repair and by sirtuins for their regulatory roles in metabolism, inflammation, and stress response.

The 500mg infusion is delivered over approximately 180 minutes, the same duration as the 250mg protocol. The flushing, warmth, and chest-tightening sensations common during NAD+ infusions can be more pronounced at higher doses, so the drip rate is adjusted throughout the session based on the client's tolerance. First-time NAD+ recipients are generally directed to the 250mg option first.
