Plexr is a plasma-energy device that OB CARE uses for 'soft surgery' — tightening and resurfacing skin without a scalpel, cuts, or stitches. A precise plasma arc sublimates tiny points of the skin surface, causing immediate skin contraction and stimulating collagen renewal. The clinic applies it for non-surgical eyelid lifting (from 13,500 Kč), neck skin tightening, wrinkles around the eyes and mouth, and removal of moles, scars, keratoses, and haemangiomas from 1,700 Kč. It suits patients with mild-to-moderate skin laxity or small skin lesions who want meaningful improvement without surgical downtime, and it is offered alongside surgical blepharoplasty so the consultation can recommend whichever genuinely fits the finding.
About this treatment
Plexr ('plasma exeresis') generates a small ionised-gas arc between the device tip and the skin. The arc sublimates the superficial skin layer at precise points without heating the deeper tissue — each treated point contracts the surrounding skin slightly, and a grid of points across an area produces visible overall tightening. Because there is no cutting, there are no stitches and no surgical scars.

Non-surgical blepharoplasty (from 13,500 Kč): The flagship Plexr application. A grid of plasma points across the excess upper-eyelid skin contracts the hood over a course of typically 1–3 sessions. Suits mild-to-moderate skin excess; significant hooding or fat protrusion still requires surgical blepharoplasty (also available at the clinic from 18,000 Kč), and the consultation will say so honestly.
