About this treatment
After major weight loss, the skin of the thighs, buttocks, and back often cannot retract to the new body size — leaving inner thighs that rub and chafe with every step, a flattened and descended buttock, and rolls of redundant skin across the back that show through clothing. These zones respond to surgical lifting, each with its own operation:
Thigh lift (from 68,000 Kč)
Targets the inner thigh, where loose skin causes friction, irritation, and discomfort in warm weather. Through an incision in the groin crease — extended down the inner thigh when the excess is extensive — redundant skin and fat are removed and the thigh is closed into a firmer contour. Liposuction often supplements the excision. The functional gain (end of chafing) is as significant as the aesthetic one for most patients.
