The 360+ Health Assessment builds on every element of the 360 programme and adds the dynamic testing components that reveal how the body performs under physiological stress -- information that a resting examination alone cannot capture. The additional hour with the physiologist transforms this from a screening programme into a genuine performance and longevity assessment. The distinguishing clinical addition is the dynamic ECG: heart rhythm, rate, and blood pressure are monitored during graded physical activity, exposing exercise-induced arrhythmias, ischaemic patterns, and abnormal blood pressure responses that may be entirely absent at rest. Alternatively, VO2 max testing can be performed -- measuring peak oxygen consumption to quantify cardiovascular fitness with a precision that subjective questionnaires and resting heart rate cannot approach. The choice between dynamic ECG and VO2 max testing is made based on clinical indication and personal preference. Blood work includes everything in the 360 panel plus HbA1c as a standard marker (not just when clinically indicated), providing a three-month average of blood sugar regulation regardless of the single-day fasting glucose value. Thyroid function testing is included for women aged 50 and over, and PSA screening for prostate cancer is available for men over 50. The extended physiologist session uses the additional time to conduct deeper functional and resilience testing, with more granular body composition analysis and a comprehensive review of movement quality, cardiovascular reserve, and recovery capacity.
