NOVI Health's Women's Hormone and Health Panel addresses the unique physiological needs of women at different life stages — from reproductive years through perimenopause and beyond. The panel evaluates oestradiol, progesterone, LH, FSH, prolactin, and AMH (anti-Müllerian hormone) to assess hormonal balance and ovarian reserve. Testosterone and SHBG are included as these androgens play a meaningful role in female energy, libido, and metabolic health. Thyroid function is assessed with full sensitivity (TSH, free T3, free T4, and thyroid antibodies) given the higher prevalence of thyroid disorders in women. Bone turnover markers — osteocalcin and CTX — provide early signals of bone density loss risk before DEXA scanning is indicated. The nutritional component covers iron status (serum iron, ferritin, transferrin saturation), vitamin D, folate, and B12, which are frequently deficient in women and impact energy levels, mood, and cardiovascular health.
