Personalised Nutrition Consultation

A one-on-one dietitian consultation to develop a personalised nutrition plan addressing metabolic health, weight goals, chronic disease management, or general health optimisation, supported by the NOVIFY digital platform.

NOVI Health's Personalised Nutrition Consultation service provides direct access to registered dietitians with expertise in metabolic health, chronic disease nutrition, sports and performance nutrition, and general health optimisation. Consultations are tailored to the individual's health history, blood test results (if available), dietary habits, cultural food preferences, and specific goals. The dietitian conducts a thorough dietary assessment using validated tools, identifies nutritional gaps or excess, and develops a practical, culturally sensitive meal framework that fits into the patient's daily life. Common areas addressed include insulin resistance and prediabetes dietary management, cardiovascular-protective eating patterns (Mediterranean, DASH, or low-inflammatory diets), weight management through sustainable calorie and macronutrient calibration, gut microbiome support through prebiotic and probiotic food strategies, and optimising nutritional intake for active individuals or those with high physical demands. For patients enrolled in the NOVI Magnum diabetes programme or NOVI Optimum weight management programme, nutrition consultations are integrated as core programme components. Standalone nutrition consultations are also available for those not enrolled in a full programme. All patients receive a written nutrition report and action plan, and can use the NOVIFY app to log dietary intake, review recommendations, and communicate with their dietitian between sessions. Follow-up sessions are recommended at 4–8 week intervals to review progress and refine the plan. Referral to medical colleagues for underlying conditions contributing to nutritional challenges (e.g. thyroid disorders, PCOS) can be arranged within the NOVI Health multidisciplinary team.
