NOVI Magnum — Metabolic & Diabetes Management

A comprehensive metabolic health programme for type 1, type 2, or prediabetes combining continuous glucose monitoring, specialist doctor and dietitian consultations, HbA1c testing, and digital coaching via the NOVIFY app.

NOVI Magnum is a structured, evidence-based metabolic health programme designed for individuals living with type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, or those with elevated cardiovascular metabolic risk. The programme was developed with a multidisciplinary team including Senior Consultant Endocrinologist Adj A/Prof Sue-Anne Toh and has been validated in peer-reviewed research demonstrating a 0.9% reduction in average blood glucose and 5.8% body weight loss over three months. Three programme tiers are available: the Starter (one month, SGD 358.61) includes one CGM sensor, specialist doctor consultation, dietitian consultation, HbA1c blood test, and one month of digital coaching. The Full Programme (three months, SGD 539.55) extends coaching for sustained habit-building. The Premium (three months, SGD 718.31) provides three CGM sensors for continuous real-time glucose tracking throughout the programme. All tiers use the Abbott FreeStyle Libre continuous glucose monitor to provide real-time glucose data, enabling patients to understand the metabolic impact of food choices, stress, exercise, and sleep. Personalised treatment plans address medication (if required, prescribed separately), nutrition, and fitness. The NOVIFY digital health coaching app provides accountability, progress tracking, and direct access to the care team between appointments. The programme accepts Medisave subsidy — 85% of the programme cost is claimable. Gestational diabetes management is also available through experienced practitioners. The programme is delivered at 160 Robinson Road and via video consultation for follow-ups.
