NOVI Health's Men's Hormone and Health Panel is designed to give men a clear, data-driven picture of their hormonal status and key health risk factors. Total testosterone and free testosterone are measured alongside SHBG to accurately determine bioavailable androgen levels — a common source of undiagnosed fatigue, low libido, reduced muscle mass, and mood changes in men over 35. The panel also includes LH and FSH to distinguish primary from secondary hypogonadism, DHEA-S as a marker of adrenal reserve and biological ageing, and oestradiol to screen for hormonal imbalances relevant to fertility and cardiovascular health. Thyroid function (TSH, free T4) is included, as subclinical thyroid dysfunction is frequently overlooked in men and impacts metabolism and energy. Prostate health is assessed via PSA (prostate-specific antigen), which is an important baseline for men from age 40 onwards.
