The NOVI Assessment is Singapore's most accessible entry point into evidence-based preventive health screening. The programme analyses more than 70 biomarkers drawn from a single blood sample, providing a comprehensive snapshot of your current metabolic and physiological status. Tests cover the full lipid profile (total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides), fasting glucose and HbA1c for diabetes screening, kidney function (creatinine, eGFR, urea), liver enzymes (ALT, AST, GGT, ALP, bilirubin), thyroid function (TSH, free T4), a complete blood count with differential (identifying anaemia, infection risk, and platelet health), hepatitis B and C serology, bone health markers (calcium, phosphate, alkaline phosphatase), and 25-hydroxyvitamin D. The screening is delivered by a multidisciplinary team and includes a pre-screening doctor consultation to understand your health history and goals, followed by a post-results review where your physician explains findings and recommends next steps. Results are accessible through the NOVIFY digital health app, enabling you to track trends over time. This panel is suitable for adults of any age wanting an annual health baseline or a starting point before entering a longevity or metabolic programme. Medisave and CHAS subsidies may apply to the consultation component. The clinic is located at 160 Robinson Road in Singapore's CBD, with appointments available Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
