The Total Wellness Package expands coverage to 500+ biomarkers — a comprehensive assessment incorporating advanced cardiovascular panels (ApoB, Lp(a), NMR particle sizing), inflammatory markers (hs-CRP, IL-6, homocysteine), detailed hormonal profiles (testosterone, estradiol, DHEA-S, SHBG, IGF-1, cortisol, thyroid axis), metabolic function markers (HbA1c, fasting insulin, HOMA-IR), nutritional status (25-OH Vitamin D, B12, folate, ferritin, magnesium), and additional longevity biomarkers — at $3,499. Clients enrolled in the Medicine 4.0 Membership ($99/month) receive comprehensive functional lab testing covering 50+ biomarkers on a quarterly basis as part of the membership, reviewed in provider consultations that include hormone optimisation and weight management protocol access. Specialist panels are also available: the Food Sensitivity Test screens for delayed IgG immune reactions to a large panel of foods; the Micronutrient Test measures cellular-level nutrient status across vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants; and the Total Tox Burden Package screens for heavy metal accumulation and environmental toxins.
