NewMedical's brain MRI produces detailed cross-sectional images of the brain and surrounding structures using T1-weighted, T2-weighted, FLAIR, and diffusion-weighted sequences. The examination covers the cerebral hemispheres, cerebellum, brainstem, ventricular system, basal cisterns, and skull base. The scan is commonly requested for investigation of persistent headaches, dizziness, memory disturbances, seizures, and follow-up of known intracranial pathology. FLAIR sequences are particularly effective at detecting periventricular white matter changes, while diffusion-weighted imaging identifies acute ischaemic events that may be invisible on conventional sequences. At 660 PLN, this is a competitively priced brain scan for the Kraków market. The written radiologist report in Polish is included in the price. For international patients, an English-language report is available from 300 PLN additional. Images are provided on CD after the examination.
