The centre scans the cervical, thoracic and lumbosacral spine, and segments can be combined in one visit when clinically needed. As an outpatient neurology group, Neurofyzionet pairs spinal imaging naturally with its own neurology and rehabilitation services — useful for back pain, sciatica and suspected disc herniation work-ups. Extended hours to 22:00 on weekdays keep self-pay slots accessible.
About this treatment
Spinal MRI is the most informative examination for chronic back and neck pain, radiating limb pain, suspected disc herniation, spinal canal stenosis and nerve-root compression — visualising discs, nerve roots, the spinal cord and surrounding soft tissue in detail that X-ray and CT cannot match, with no radiation exposure.
Segments scanned
The centre images the cervical (Cp), thoracic (Thp) and lumbosacral (LSp) spine, each as a separate region at the flat 3,000 Kč self-pay rate. Where symptoms span levels, segments can be combined in a single appointment, each charged per region. Contrast enhancement (additional 2,000 Kč) is administered only when the reporting radiologist deems it clinically indicated — typically for suspected inflammation, post-operative assessment or tumour follow-up.
