Non-surgical thread lifting at Neo Beauty Clinic uses APTOS absorbable dermal threads inserted beneath the skin through micro-entry points, physically repositioning sagging tissue and simultaneously stimulating collagen regeneration along the thread track. The procedure is performed under local anaesthetic — no general anaesthesia or hospitalisation required — and targets the brow, midface, cheek, jaw and neck. A liquid lifting alternative using GOURI or Ellansé injected via fine cannula is available for patients who prefer a fully needle-based approach. Both methods produce results that continue to improve over several weeks as the collagen response matures.

Thin, absorbable threads made from polylactic acid or caprolactone are introduced into the subcutaneous layer through tiny entry points using a fine cannula.
