The ALLSTEM Hair Therapy protocol uses a mesotherapy approach — fine-needle micro-injections directly into the scalp at follicle level — to introduce a formulation containing vitamins (including biotin and B-complex), minerals, amino acids (the building blocks of keratin) and stem cell-derived growth factors. These substances act on the follicular papilla, the structure at the base of each follicle that regulates its growth cycle.
The mechanism of action operates through two pathways: first, providing the metabolic substrates follicles need to transition from resting (telogen) to active growth (anagen); second, growth factors from the stem cell serum binding to follicle receptors and signalling prolonged anagen duration, resulting in longer, thicker hair fibres before shedding.
