The service covers the full spectrum of clinical skin assessment — from mole mapping and suspicious lesion evaluation to the removal of benign skin growths (warts, fibromas, hemangiomas, skin tags) using either surgical excision or plasma pen depending on the type and location. Alopecia areata (patchy hair loss) is also treated within the dermatology service using corticosteroid injections directly into affected scalp areas.
