Biostimulatory fillers — Profhilo and Nucleofill — are a category of injectable skin treatment that works by stimulating the skin's own collagen and elastin rather than simply adding volume. Profhilo contains an unusually high concentration of hyaluronic acid (64 mg/2 ml) that spreads broadly through the dermis once injected, delivering intense hydration and activating four types of collagen simultaneously. Nucleofill uses PDRN technology, the same salmon-derived DNA complex found in Rejuran, to repair and regenerate skin cells from within. Neo Beauty Clinic offers both products across face, neck and décolletage.
About this treatment
Biostimulatory fillers represent a distinct category between conventional HA dermal fillers (which add volume) and skin boosters (which focus on surface hydration). Their primary mechanism is cellular — they activate the skin's own fibroblasts to produce new structural proteins rather than passively filling tissue.
Profhilo (7,000 Kč / 2 ml; two-session protocol 12,500 Kč)
Contains a very high concentration of ultra-pure hyaluronic acid (approximately 64 mg per 2 ml) without any chemical cross-linking agents. This 'free' HA disperses rapidly through tissue planes after injection via just five injection points per side (the BAP — Bio Aesthetic Points — technique), migrating broadly rather than staying localised. It simultaneously stimulates four types of collagen (I, III, IV and VII) and two types of elastin, produces deep…
